The staff is friendly and helpful. On my way out, they even wish me a nice day. I was there looking for a laptop for my photo and video editing so I need something with a base speed of at least 3.00 Ghz. They have lots of selections to choose from and the prices are competitive. The atmosphere is very friendly but professional for the staff is on point on all aspects of business. I'm very pleased with my experience and will return there again.

Very good experience!! I was helped upon walking in by Ife akinkunmi nice gentleman and very very helpful knew where everything is and got me what I needed in a few minutes in and out!!!

Micro Center has a great selection of PC parts and accessories along with prebuilt and other electronics. Many items available on display which can help with purchasing decisions. It’s worth a visit if you’re looking for components and other PC accessories.

Great experience at the Microsoft Store. Free parking right by the entrance—which is a big deal in Brooklyn—made everything easy from the start. Super convenient access from parking to the store. Inside, everything is clearly organized by product type, and there are plenty of checkout points, so no long lines. The whole process was smooth, fast, and hassle-free. Highly recommended.

Been going to this Micro Center for the better part of a decade now. Sometimes for spare parts, once or twice to have them fix an old Lenovo laptop I didn't have energy to deal with myself, and last time to grab a can of compressed air on my way Costco, but somehow still walked out with a sim racing wheel and pedals because that's what Micro Center will do to you. Not complaining, this wheel is my new everything. For nerds, this place is Narnia. For anyone else whose sole idea is tech support comes from an Apple store, you should pop by here instead to experience a better way.

It is so hard to find knowledgeable in-person help for computers these days, and this is it. 100% worth driving down for - I went both for repairs on a laptop, and to buy a new desktop system. The sales reps were incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I got a custom build same-day, and left with in-home tech support set up that I have already used. Great option.

I’ve been shopping here since around 2013. The prices have always been solid, and the customer service has been fine. I recently stopped by while upgrading my system and visited the custom PC build desk in the back of the store. A young man named Nick helped me pick out a Meshify 3, a 1000W PSU, and some thermal paste. He shared a lot of helpful, up-to-date knowledge about airflow, checked in with me while I was walking around the store looking for parts, and overall gave me the best customer service experience I’ve had at Micro Center. I left with a positive opinion of microcenter
